We started Chalmers Swim Academy because we wanted to create something meaningful for Australian swimming; a place where athletes are developed with the same passion and dedication that took us to the world stage.

This sponsorship program is our way of putting that belief into action. We're not just looking for fast swimmers. We're looking for committed, passionate young athletes who love the sport and are hungry to grow.

Frequently Asked Questions

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be currently registered with Swimming Australia or your state/territory swimming body
  • Be aged 12–18 at the time of application
  • Have competed or be eligible to compete at an Australian Age Championship
  • Be based in Australia for the duration of the sponsorship term
  • Be committed to training and active competition
  • Be willing to represent Chalmers Swim Academy on social media and at events (parental/guardian consent required for athletes under 18)

Applications are open now. To apply, you'll need to submit through this form:

  • A personal statement (max. 500 words). Tell us about yourself, your swimming journey, and your goals
  • Your current competition results / personal bests from the last 12 months
  • A letter of support from your coach or club
  • Parental or guardian consent (if under 18)
  • Sponsorship runs for 12 months from confirmation date
  • Athletes must remain active in competition throughout the term
  • Sponsored athletes are asked to credit Chalmers Swim Academy in swimming-related social media posts
  • Performance bonuses are paid within 30 days of verified results being submitted
  • Chalmers Swim Academy may share your name, image, and results for promotional purposes (subject to your consent)
